Shipment outside Sweden

Ergoff (Ergonomics for Office) was founded 1995 and is the leading ergonomic specialist company in Sweden with a yearly turnover of approximately 6.7 million Euro.

Ergoff ship to all EU-countries, and to Norway and Switzerland
Please e-mail your request to info@ergoff.se and we will be happy to assist. The prices are shown in Swedish Krona without Swedish VAT.

EU-countries
For shipments to companies within the EU with a valid VAT-number no Swedish VAT will be added to the price. Please let us know the VAT number. For private persons within EU and for companies without valid VAT-number, Swedish VAT will be added to the price in accordance to regulations.

For citizens and companies in Norway, Switzerland and other parts not belonging to EU
Swedish VAT is not added to the price. Costs for Custom declaration and duty might come extra and is to be paid by the recipient together with the domestic VAT.

Delivery terms
The products are shipped from our warehouse in Uppsala, Sweden. Shipment costs are to all EU-countries and to Norway, Åland and Switzerland: 1–5,99 kg=195 SEK   6–10,99 kg=220 SEK   11–15,9 kg=250 SEK   16–20,99 kg=290 SEK   21–35,99 kg=350 SEK   36–50,99 kg=450 SEK   51–75,99 kg=510 SEK   76–100,99 kg=570 SEK   ≥101 kg=630 SEK

The freight-related weight is determined both from weight and volume. We ship the products with DHL and by request you can keep track of your shipment at www.dhl.se The goods will normally reach all countries within 2–5 days after shipment.

Delivery time
Most ergonomic supplies are on stock and will be shipped within 1–2 days from incoming order, transport takes 2–5 days. Many, but not all chairs are in stock, most often in black clothing. In other cases the delivery time can vary from 1–4 weeks plus transport time.
