Information for customers outside of Sweden

Ergoff Miljö AB was founded 1995 and is the leading ergonomic expertise company in Sweden with a yearly turnover of approximately 2,2 million Euro.

Ergoff ship to all EU-countries, and to Norway and Switzerland
The webshop-system is compliant to Swedish personal or organisation-numbers and will accept order only if organisation-number is filled in correctly. Please e-mail your request and we will be happy to assist. The prices are shown in Swedish Krona without Swedish VAT. If clicking at “Visa priser inklusive moms” at the bottom of the page you will see the price including Swedish VAT (25%).

EU-countries
For shipments to companies within the EU with a valid VAT-number no Swedish VAT will be added to the price. Please let us know the VAT number. For private persons within EU and for companies without valid VAT-number, Swedish VAT will be added to the price in accordance to regulations.

For citizens and companies in Norway, Switzerland and other parts not belonging to EU
Swedish VAT is not added to the price. Costs for Custom declaration and duty might come extra and is to be paid by the recipient together with the domestic VAT.

Delivery terms
The products are shipped ex our warehouse in Uppsala, Sweden. Shipment costs for 1–5 kg is 195 Swedish Krona (SEK), for 6–9 kg 250 SEK and for 10–15 kg 350 SEK. The freight-related weight is determined both from weight and volume. Please have your shipment cost confirmed before you confirm the order. For Norway and Switzerland another 60 SEK is supplied to the shipment cost. VAT is added on the shipment costs when applicable.

For export shipments we usually require payment in advance. After your confirmed order we e-mail a proforma-invoice with payment instructions. Once the amount can be seen at our bank-account we ship the products with DHL and you can keep track of your shipment at www.dhl.se via a tracking number. The goods will normally reach all countries within 2–5 days after shipment.
